As a client in the Constant Health program, our technology will provide you with the tools to work with our specially trained Registered Dietitians and optional fitness coaches. We will teach you how to make small changes, one week at a time, one goal at a time, that combine to make a BIG difference.

When it comes to goal setting, you and your dietitian will work together, acting as a team of scientists, leveraging our proprietary technology. Examining your data with your team, you will be constantly learning; not just about what is working, but also when and why things aren’t working.
Together, by analyzing your patterns, we will figure out what works best for you and provide strategic plans to help you reach your goals.
REAL-TIME SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE
Over the course of our 15-week program, in addition to your dietitian focusing on nutrition and collaborative goal setting, through our technology they’ll be able to provide supportive accountability. Put simply, when you find yourself struggling with one of your goals, your dietitian will automatically be notified and will be there to remind you of your objectives and guide you through self-reflection and problem-solving.
